Kimberli A. Gross is the architect behind Eventualities’ unique approach — blending business strategy with a deep understanding of human connection. With a B.S. in Organizational Management and an M.A. in Human Services Counseling (Trauma & Crisis Response), she designs experiences that not only strengthen systems but also empower the people within them.
As a U.S. Air Force veteran, published author, and sought-after facilitator, Kimberli brings a rare balance of structure, empathy, and energy to every session. Her leadership style is rooted in the belief that strong teams don’t just happen — they’re built intentionally through trust, clarity, and shared purpose.
